1. Register a new domain (Here is the procedure to register a new domain)

2. Log on to your blogger account –> Settings –> Publishing –> Custom Domain.

3. Check the availability of domain you would like to register.check-availability-of-the-domain

4. Continue to registration and proceed with the payment and that is all you have to to do. Google will automatically update the DNS records for your blog.
